400 square feet, a king bed and sofa bed, one bathroom and a kitchenette. Both studios include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and blackout curtains.
A few things handled
One reserved off-street parking space per studio. Free weekly laundry service for stays of 28+ nights, available in the ground-floor business Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
A downtown base
Main Street, the Colorado River and the riverfront path are walkable. Both studios open onto a shared deck with a firepit and outdoor furniture.

How long can I stay?
Public direct stays begin at 30 consecutive nights. Send your preferred arrival and departure dates to discuss availability.
What is included?
Each studio has Wi-Fi, one reserved off-street parking space, a kitchenette, a king bed and sofa bed, one bathroom, air conditioning and blackout curtains. Weekly laundry service is included on stays of 28 nights or more.
How does laundry work?
There is no in-unit laundry. Laundry is done once a week at no charge for stays of 28+ nights in the business on the ground floor, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Are the studios accessible without stairs?
Both are on the second floor, up one flight of stairs, with no elevator. There are two steps from the shared deck into each studio.
Does an inquiry reserve my dates?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Availability, pricing and the written agreement must be confirmed before your stay is reserved. No payment is collected through the inquiry form.
