The Retreats is operated by 324 S Main St LLC. This notice describes the information used when you send an inquiry through this website.

What you share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred studio, dates, number of guests and any message you choose to include. Please do not submit bank details, payment card information or identity documents.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible stay. The inquiry form does not create a reservation or collect payment. We do not use it to enroll you in marketing emails.

Services that process an inquiry

This website is hosted on Vercel. The inquiry form uses spam filtering, and Resend delivers your message to our business email address. Porkbun forwards that email to the owner’s inbox. These services process the information needed to provide their respective services. The form does not send you the address of the owner’s private inbox.

Booking and payment

Request-to-book buttons open our Guesty booking website. Guesty handles reservation requests and uses our connected Stripe payment processor for card payments. The privacy notice and terms on the booking website apply to information submitted there.

To ask about information submitted with an inquiry, reply to our response or use the contact form. Provide only the information needed to identify the inquiry.
