River-inspired artwork, a king bed and a sofa bed in a 400-square-foot studio. A kitchenette, two shared bikes and the deck make it easy to settle into downtown Yuma.
Two bikes are shared by guests of both studios.

Upstairs, off the alley.
Both studios are on the second floor, up one flight of stairs with no elevator. There are two steps from the shared deck into each studio.
Arrive on your schedule.
Automated self check-in begins at 3 PM, with no latest arrival cutoff. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
Shared outdoor space.
The deck, firepit and outdoor furniture are shared by both studios. An exterior camera above each entrance monitors the deck and part of the adjacent city parking lot. There are no cameras inside.
A little planning helps.
Children are welcome. Guests may bring a crib; cribs are not provided. Public direct stays are 30 consecutive nights or longer.
